When Van and Steve Rhea took the bold step of launching their namesake agency in 1978 with a single client, every ounce of that character was tested and over time, rewarded.
Today, Van’s role has evolved. While he continues to lend frequent counsel to Steve Rhea on agency direction, he has returned to his true passion for the arts and the northern Wisconsin wilderness. But the same bold, Van Kaiser spirit that helped create R+K lives on daily in our work, our approach and our ethic.
