Gene Payne joined Rhea + Kaiser in 2007, bringing more than 20 years of award-winning agency experience to his position. As an associate creative director, Gene is responsible for creative development on the Bayer CropScience, FS Growmark and DePaul University accounts Prior to joining R+K, Gene was a creative director and writer at Young & Rubicam, DDB Chicago, Laughlin/Constable and Hoffman York. He has written and produced national and regional ad campaigns for clients including Anheuser-Busch, Sears, Marriott, Kraft, Harris Bank and H&R Block. Gene has received numerous accolades for his work, including the One Show, Communication Arts, Clio, Addy and Effie awards. He earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.
