Diane Martin is president and CEO of Rhea + Kaiser, overseeing all client service, operational, financial management and strategic growth responsibilities.
Prior to being named president, Diane served as vice president, group account manager for 10 years, leading accounts for clients including GROWMARK, Inc.; Pfizer Animal Health, Companion Animal Division; and Valley Irrigation.
During her tenure at R+K, Diane helped establish R+K U, an agency- wide professional development initiative designed to instill and reinforce best practices. Diane led the 18-month effort to rebrand R+K in 2007, as well as the development of R+K’s strategic planning model, the R+K Brand Creation Model.
Diane joined R+K in 1987 as an account assistant, and holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural communications from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
